Important change in the issuance of urban planning documents

Starting with 03.03.2020, the competence to issue Urban Planning Certificates, Construction/Demolition Permits, Opportunity Notices and Chief Architect's Notices for urban planning documentation has been transferred to the President of the Bihor County Council. Thus, those interested are asked to contact the Chief Architect's Department within the Bihor County Council, both for submitting applications and for calculating and paying the related fees.
